Where do I even begin with these two? We were having a heck of a time getting our realtor to understand our needs, being shown houses that were less than livable, and basically being told we were going to have to settle for less. On a fluke, we came across Kamron's name on a website and decided to see if they had any additional listings. Finally it came down to my dream house. I had to have this house-but the realtor we were working with was telling us not to even try to bid on it ( it was only slightly out of our range). It was time for a change. We made the switch over to work with Kamron, and right away, she was showing us house after house-even houses we weren't sure of-just so she could see what she could do to help us. We ended up getting a house that was perfect for us, got a helluva a price, and had a lot of fun along the way. I will use her again and again, and I recommend her to everyone! There is a lot to be said for a realtor who can go from a customer who has an unlimited budget to a customer who has a smaller budget-and make them feel equal in importance. Kamron is definitely one of those realtors!

Having only conducted two major real estate transactions in my life, when it came time to purchase in Boulder, I knew that it would be a challenge. The market was very hot, inventory was tight and much of the housing stock that was available was flawed or overpriced. It was critical that I found the right agent. Luckily, I was introduced to Paul. His integrity and professionalism made my purchasing experience much less stressful. He took the time to educate me on the market, help me narrow down my requirements/focus my priorities, stayed on top of new listing and once we found a place, then walked me through the mortgage application and closing process. I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. I strongly endorse Paul. He is everything you can ask for in a real estate agent.

The most impressive aspect of Kamron's approach to real estate is that she truly cares. Whether the market is hot or cold, she always treats each client with the utmost respect and attention to detail. I think we have all been there: you have a broker, but you start to feel that you aren't as important (they aren't making enough from the home, they have more important clients). That never happened with Kamron. Heck, one time we found a home on Zillow over Memorial Day weekend and she dropped everything to show us the home! Which we ended up buying! We will use Kamron for every home purchase in the future - she treats you like family.
